The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On April 24, 2018, around 16:30 on April 24, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face in front of the building C in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and assaulted the victim’s face on the front of the building C in front of the victim D (50 cm) once, with the victim’s eye taken by drinking.
2. Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged in the market: A judgment dismissing a prosecution for non-prosecution of the victim on September 7, 2018, which was after the prosecution is instituted under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
