1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
1. On September 2, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant B, the insured, and the beneficiary as the Defendant B, with the same content as the attached list (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
Defendant A was hospitalized in a hospital for 418 days in total from November 19, 2010 to December 6, 2014, as indicated in the following specifications of payment of insurance proceeds. Defendant B received insurance proceeds of KRW 35,609,500 from the Plaintiff according to the instant insurance contract.
