Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM5 vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.
On January 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.057% from blood transfusion around 20:20, and led the Defendant to drive the said car on the surface of the sea floor park in the apartment room in which he was fluent at the Gu-U.S. A high-tech company 5-76, an old city high-tech company 5-76.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.057% alcohol concentration in the section of approximately 2.5km from the front of the Blub Hand Hand-type 9-33 p.m. to the front road of the Gu-U.S.-si E-U.S. Electronic Building, Inc., located in approximately 9-56 U.S., a 24-lane 9-33 p.m., the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph 1, at the city of Si/Gu-si.
