1. The defendant is on the ground of the sale on June 1, 1992 with respect to one-half share of 367 square meters out of the 367 square meters of land in Gyeongnam-gun.

Reasons

1. On June 1, 1992, the Plaintiff, on the part of the Defendant, purchased 1/2 shares and 13,509 square meters in the 367 square meters of C forest land in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and paid the purchase price in full on July 20, 1992, thereby seeking implementation of the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer stated in the purport of the claim against the Defendant (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
