A. The Defendant requested the Public Procurement Service affiliated with the Republic of Korea to conclude a contract for the disposal of domestic wastes and the installation of a high-fuel production facility, and the bid process conducted by the Public Procurement Service (hereinafter “Treatment Construction”) for the Plaintiff and the Construction Company (hereinafter “Treatment Construction”).

) Joint contractors consisting of members (hereinafter referred to as “joint contractors of this case”).

(2) On December 26, 2008, the instant contracting body was selected as a successful bidder. (2) On December 26, 2008, between the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea, the instant contracting body entered into a contract for construction works with the Defendant for the instant contracting body, with the construction works for domestic waste disposal facilities (hereinafter “the instant construction works”) at the time of Busan Metropolitan City, 607 ground (hereinafter “instant disposal facilities”) located on the same 607 ground, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the construction cost of KRW 14,30,000, the construction period of KRW 26, 208 from December 26, 2008 to May 20, 2010, with the construction payment rate of KRW 0.1% of the contract amount per day (hereinafter “instant contracting body”). Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “former Construction”) jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of the instant contracting body under the instant contract.

3) At the time of the conclusion of the instant contract, the instant joint contractor and the Republic of Korea shall treat the treatment capacity of the instant disposal facility as 90 tons/day (5 tons/day of domestic wastes in the East and East East East area, 20 tons/day of large-scale waste crushing of the existing recycling line facilities, 15 tons/day of recycled scrap of the existing recycling line facilities, and 15 tons/day of recycled scrap of the existing recycling line facilities) and produce the treatment capacity of the instant disposal facility for 16 hours per day (hereinafter referred to as “the instant performance condition”).

(4) On May 20, 2010, the date of completion of the instant construction is May 31, 2010.
