On October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter to the effect that “C” Internet NAV is not an intention or ability to sell goods; and (b) received KRW 130,000 from the victim D who reported and contacted the above writing to the corporate bank account (E number) in the name of the Defendant on the same day; and (c) acquired the money by transfer of KRW 130,000 from around the time to November 14, 2015 by means of the above method from around 67 times in total, such as the first re-attached Table 1 of the List of Crimes.

On October 29, 2015, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 2910,” posted a letter to the effect that the goods are sold, despite having no intention or capacity to sell the goods, and acquired by transfer KRW 120,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (H) in one’s name on the same day from the victim G who reported and contacted the said letter to the effect that the goods are sold.

around November 6, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “The sale of golf loans” did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods, and received 370,000 won from the victim J who reported and contacted the above letter to the new cooperation account (K) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired it by transfer from October 21, 2015 to November 14, 2015 by means of the above method from October 21, 2015 to July 14, 2015.
