【Criminal Facts】
From October 2018, the Defendant resided in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and D, Daejeon-gu, and the lessee E as the Defendant, from around October 2018.
1. The Defendant, while residing in the above subparagraph D, failed to pay monthly rent and fell off living expenses. As the victim B sold the laundry and cooling machine installed in the above D to others, he was able to raise the living expenses as the price.
Accordingly, around 16:00 on December 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had a purchaser of used home appliances that came to know through the Internet search; (b) had the purchaser of used home appliances enter the above No. D; and (c) had the victim arbitrarily consumed them by receiving and selling total of KRW 180,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession.
2. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
