1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B: (a) the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1;
B. Defendant C is listed in Appendix 2.
Reasons
1. Claim indication: On November 16, 2016, with respect to the Plaintiff’s reconstruction project, the management and disposal plan and public notice was made, and the Defendant is a lessee of real estate in the attached list located within the business area, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the building to the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 49(6) of the Act
