1. The Defendant, jointly and severally with the Plaintiff, as to KRW 131,859,980 and KRW 128,788,560, among them, shall be jointly and severally with the Defendant Company B, on October 19, 2016.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and ‘debtor B' as ‘Defendant', and payment order has been finalized as to Company B by applicable provisions of law(Article 208(3)3 of Civil Procedure Act).
