Examining the judgment of the court below in comparison with the records, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is just, and there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts and affecting
The defendant's assertion of facts is without merit.
3. The appeal by the defendant is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the appeal by the defendant is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
