1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 21, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Seoul Central District Court Decision 2005Ra2274 rendered against C and the Defendant with the indication of the claim that “C and the Defendant shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff 30,000,000 won and 20% interest per annum from September 21, 2005 to the date of full payment” is final and conclusive (the case where the Incheon District Court 2001Gahap9256 claimed a contingent fee for the case). The Plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the extinctive prescription period.
