Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 13:35, 2012, the Defendant driven a Lone Star Co., Ltd. on July 13:35, 2012, and proceeded along the two-lanes of the four-lane road from the direction of the Daejeon Peong Peong Peng Peng Peung-gu.

Since traffic control is conducted by means of traffic signal, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed and safely drive the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal by checking well the right and the left and the right of the motor vehicle, and prevent the accident in advance. However, the defendant neglected to do so, and caused two-lanes of the second line road in the direction of the right and the right and the right of the motor vehicle to the front part of the motor vehicle driven by the defendant in the front part of the front door of the vehicle driven by the motor vehicle, which was normally straight down in the direction of the right and right and left in the direction of the ambal intersection due to the occupational negligence of the defendant.

The Defendant, by its occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim F (F) who is a bus passenger at around two weeks of light tensions, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment, suffered injury to the victim G (V, 24 years of age) who is a bus passenger at around two weeks of light clocks and tensions in need of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim H (V, 18 years of age) who is a bus passenger at around two weeks of light clocks and tensions in need of medical treatment.

Summary of Evidence

1. The statements made by the witnesses D, F, G, H, and I in their respective legal statements are somewhat different in terms of whether there are other vehicles in front of the Defendant’s vehicle. However, the statements are consistent with the statement that “the bus, which is the main part of the said vehicle, started with one minute signal,” and are credibility in light of the contents and attitudes of the statements.

It is stated that I, who is an objective third party, has made a signal signal from the rear side of the bus, clearly seen the departure of the bus with the green proceeding signal.
