Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant previously operated the Victim C and D as a partnership with the Victim C, but there is a dispute over the current problem of profit distribution, E is a subordinate employee of the Defendant, and the Victim F is a worker of the Victim C.
1. Around 14:30 on July 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) brought about the victim C and the victim C by finding D'D' in the petitioner G at the reservation office together with E, and bringing about tax-related data stored in the depository of the office.
The defendant restrains this, and prevents the victim C from pushing the victim C's chest with his hand, and was pushed the victim on several occasions.

2. In collusion with E, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by avoiding disturbance as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place described in paragraph (1), and allowing the victim C to enter and depart from the “D” which was operated by the victim C, thereby interfering with the victim’s wabing business by force.
