마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months for a crime set forth in the second sentence 3971 of 2017, and imprisonment with prison labor for a crime set forth in the second sentence 5149 of 2017.
Punishment of the crime
On October 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a period of six months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Daegu District Court’s support for the crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 10, 2015.
The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with clocks (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
"2017 Highest 3971"
1. On September 2016, the Defendant purchased phiphones by taking up approximately KRW 400,000 in cash from D at the front parking lot for apartment buildings where D, located in 407-dong, Gocheon-si, Macheon-si, Mail-si (hereinafter referred to as “Mail-si”) and paying approximately KRW 1g of phiphones.
2. On October 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased a philopon by taking a single philopon 4,50,000 won in cash from D from “F” letter or front path in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) purchased a philopon.
3. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) injectedd at any Moel room near the Seocho-gu Seoul Southern-dong Seoul Southern-dong, Gangnam-gu, with G, in a single-use injection instrument with water in which G was in possession of philophones; and (b) dilutioned the philophones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion; and (c) administering the phiphones once.
4. On December 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased a philopon by taking a single philopon 600,000 won in cash from G at the “I” guest room located in H at the beginning, Yangju-si; (b) purchased a philopon.
5. On August 14, 2017, the Defendant administered chophones once, using a chophone to 0.03g malphones purchased from Jinna in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as described in the foregoing paragraph 4, with the crophones purchased from Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Defendant, “2017 Highest 5149” from the beginning of October 2015 to the beginning of the same month from October 13, 2015, administered in guest rooms MM 902 with G, D, and N, and caused D to d to contain water in a one-time injection machine and dilution.
