1. From June 2015 to March 8, 2016, Defendant A had female employees engage in sexual intercourse with customers by having facilities necessary for sexual intercourse, such as inside rooms, etc. on the second floor of the building in the Yongsan-si Metropolitan City G Building, and operating “H” at a sexual traffic business establishment. Defendant A had female employees receive approximately KRW 120,000 from unspecified male customers who found the place, and had them do the sexual intercourse with customers.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. Defendant B, around March 9, 2015, leased the two floors of the said G building to A on condition of deposit 40 million won, monthly rent 1.6 million won, and the two-year contract period. On September 14, 2015, Defendant B continued to lease the two floors of the said building without cancelling the lease contract and without expressing his/her intention to demand the return of possession thereof, even if he/she was notified by the police branch I of the Seocho-gu Seo-gu Police Station I and the theodoliteJ on September 22, 2015 that the said building was operated by sexual traffic business establishments on the second floor of the said building.
Accordingly, the defendant provided a building knowing that sexual traffic is provided.
On August 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received the price of KRW 1.60,00 from the police officer M in charge of the crackdown who was pretended to be customers on the second floor of the 22:40 around 22:40 on August 1, 2016; and (b) mediated sexual traffic by arranging sexual traffic in order to allow sexual traffic women N and sexual intercourse who were preparing for sexual intercourse with other rooms.
Defendant C, while operating O on the G and the second floor of the Young-si area G and on August 4, 2016, provided that, around 21:10 on August 4, 2016, Defendant C provided that, “for 40,000 won for having sexual intercourse, 1.20,000 won for having sexual intercourse,” provided the said customer with 1.20,000 won from the said customer, provided the said customer with 3 room, and provided the said customer with 46,000 won for sexual traffic (n, 46 years of age).
