1. The Defendant’s KRW 31,811,502 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from April 25, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. The part on which the statutory interest rate exceeds the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019 among the claims for damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019).
