1. Three years (from June 14, 2018 to June 13, 2021) that was made to Plaintiff K on June 14, 2018 by the head of the original Regional Construction and Management Administration of Korea.
1. Details of each disposition;
A. On June 30, 2016, the Suyang District Prosecutors’ Office within the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office notified the L association that “Plaintiff A, C, D, E, E, F, G, H, I, and J was indicted on the facts suspected of violating the National Technical Qualifications Act” and demanded the relevant measures to be taken. On July 8, 2016, the Ministry of Employment and Labor notified the Ministry of Employment and Labor that “Plaintiff K was sent to the facts suspected of violating the National Technical Qualifications Act.”
The details of the plaintiffs' suspicion of each violation of the National Technical Qualifications Act are as follows.

The entire representative of the lending enterprise during the lending period shall be the same as Q, and the name of the "stock company" shall be omitted.

B. On July 12, 2016, the Ministry of Employment and Labor notified the head of the Seoul Regional Construction and Management (hereinafter referred to as the “head of the Seoul Regional Construction and Management Office”) of the fact of violation of the Plaintiff’s National Technical Qualifications Act, and on May 16, 2017, the L Association notified the head of the Seoul Regional Construction and Management Office (hereinafter referred to as the “head of the Seoul Regional Construction and Management Office”) of the remaining facts of violation of the Plaintiffs’ respective National Technical Qualifications Act.
C. The Plaintiffs were convicted of violating the National Technical Qualifications Act with respect to each of the above suspected facts in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan branch (hereinafter “each of the instant criminal judgments”), and each of the instant criminal judgments became final and conclusive.
