When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On December 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on December 17, 2014, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on March 21, 2015.

1. On October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) found one of the party-owned corporate bank cards, which the victim C lost, and one of the party-owned driver’s licenses; (b) did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the above wall to the victim; (c) on October 30, 2014, the Defendant thought he/she had possession.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On October 30, 2014, around 16:08, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 16:08 on October 30, 2014; (b) around Famba operated by the victim E in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) around 16:08, the Defendant took place as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder of the company bank card; (d) had the Defendant issued the said company bank card to the victim to prepare the sales slip; and (e) had the victim enter into the sales slip; (e) signed the sales slip; and (e) received one gold b,170,000 won at the market price from the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the lost credit card unlawfully as above, and received property by deceiving the victim.

B. On October 30, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime around 16:29, around 30, 2014, at the H department stores operated by the victims’ names in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and around October 30, 2014, at the H department stores operated by the victims’ names in Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant took place as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the company bank card as above, and had the victim present the above company bank card and sign it on the sales slip after having the victim prepare the sales slip, and then the Defendant was issued one wall at the market price of KRW 145,00 from the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the lost credit card unlawfully as above, and received property by deceiving the victim.
