1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 28, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively. (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
