The judgment below
Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the first instance court, the lower court is justifiable to have found all of the facts charged in this case guilty, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of false accusation or by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the relevant Supreme Court precedents.
In addition, even after examining the records, there is no error of infringement of the defendant's right to peruse or copy the trial records in the court below's proceedings.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
