2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).

A. The designated parties indicated in the list of the designated parties, including the Plaintiff (Appointed), entered into an entrusted management contract with a company that is a U.S. corporate entity (hereinafter “foreign company”) from April 2014 to January 2017 by introducing the designated parties C, who are the Defendant’s employees. If the designated parties purchase the game machine from the non-party company, the contract is based on the fact that the non-party company, the trustee, placed the game machine in the U.S. tex, operated and managed it, and paid the entrusted management fee to the designated parties by settling the profits every month. The Defendant vicariously performed duties in Korea related to the above entrusted management contract.

B.
