On August 9, 2002, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 9, 2002, and on May 29, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on May 29, 2007.

On September 5, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license around 18:20 on September 18, 2014, driven B rocketing car at approximately 500 meters from the day around the Heungi Elementary School located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the day before sunrise to day before sunrise, located in 101-No. 4 as the old funeral.
