1. The Defendant’s KRW 27,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 1, 2015 to December 13, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On June 15, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant on June 14, 2012 at the due date for repayment; and (b) paid KRW 3 million out of the above loans from the Defendant from October 2015 to October 2015; (c) the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant the payment of the remainder of the loans KRW 27 million and the damages for delay thereof (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
