Reasons
1. On November 24, 2014, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the attached list to the Defendant as a deposit amounting to KRW 20,688,00, KRW 139,10 per month, and the period of November 30, 2016. Since the Defendant was in arrears from around December 2014, the Plaintiff’s lease agreement between the Defendant is terminated upon delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
