A. The Defendant is a company running a musical performance hall rental business, etc. under the name of “university-ro Museum,” and the Plaintiffs are the employees employed by the Defendant.

B. The Defendant is not paying the benefits and retirement allowances to the Plaintiffs, and the unpaid amount is as indicated in each “retirement Allowance” column and “repaid payment” column in the attached Form.

The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 27,627,195 and retirement allowances of KRW 4,891,303 from around November 1, 2012 to around October 31, 2014; KRW 32,518,498; and KRW 32,872,403 and retirement allowances from around 20.5 to around 20.5 of the total amount of KRW 38,150, KRW 287,435 and KRW 38,50 from around 20.5 to around 20.5 of the retirement allowances from around 205 to around 30.5 of the date of 2015; and KRW 32,57,400 and KRW 4320 from around 30,57,205; and KRW 38,159,835, respectively, from around 15, 2012 to March 1, 2015

3. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are accepted on the grounds of all the reasons.
