1. DefendantY Co., Ltd. shall pay 297/1683 shares out of 1,683 square meters of AB forest in Chuncheon City from Plaintiff P.

Reasons

1. Determination as to Plaintiff P’s claim against DefendantY Co., Ltd.

(a) the indication of the claim 1) Defendant Y Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Y”);

(2) A) AB forest and 1,683 square meters of land stated in the separate purport of the claim in the separate sheet, and the seller is the Defendant Company’s actual owner, the Defendant Company’s actual owner, and the Defendant Company’s actual manager of the Defendant Company in charge of the selection, purchase, division, etc. of land sold in the Defendant Company, and the Defendant Company’s actual manager together with the Defendant Company. (2) Defendant Z, AA, and the Plaintiff explained to the Plaintiff Company the location of the sold land to the Plaintiff’s counselor and the answer team members, as well as falsely explained the location of the sold land. In addition, the land price was changed to the government branch through the opening of the Highway and the subway station, and the land price was changed to the land price after the business is in progress in the Chuncheon City,” and the aforementioned explanation from the Defendant Company and the Plaintiff Company’s above explanation were explained to the Plaintiff Company’s advisory and response team members.

3) On August 28, 2009, the Plaintiff Company entered into a sales contract with the Defendant Company to purchase KRW 297/1683 of the value of KRW 1,683 square meters of AB AB forest in Chuncheon, and the Plaintiff Company entered into a sales contract with the Defendant Company to purchase KRW 39.6 million of the value of KRW 1,683 square meters of the discounted purchase price, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with the Defendant Company’s unjust enrichment on the land of this case as to KRW 5 million on September 3, 2009, KRW 20 million of the down payment on September 3, 2009, KRW 13,808,000 of the remainder of September 7, 2009, KRW 38,808,000 of the value of KRW 297/1683 square meters of the land of this case as to KRW 5,500,000,000.
