A is a person who has been engaged in the business of providing Internet computer game facilities under the trade name of "D," and Defendant B is a person who has served as an employee of the above bank.

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

On December 2, 2018, the Defendants recruited to engage in the business of exchanging game results by means of cash when they request the exchange of game money after using game products in the above scambling.

From December 2018 to January 17, 2019, the Defendants mainly worked in the weekends, Defendant A, and Defendant B, while working in the above-day room, charged customers with game money of 100,000 points per 100,000 won in cash, and made customers walk the said game money and connected with the “net Mambak” and “tank”, which is the Internet gambling site, to exchange the points obtained through the use of the said game money, and then the customers request exchange of the points obtained through the use of the said game money in cash.

As a result, Defendants conspired to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
