A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
A. The Defendant is a person with the authority to evaluate and recommend the victims as the superior of the victim C (V, 38 years of age) who works as the head of the National Pension Branch B, who concurrently serves as the chief of the department of Grade II branch office, as the chief of the department of Grade V branch office.
1. On December 14, 2017, from around 21:30 to 22:07 of the same day, the Defendant placed the victim’s losses on the side of the Defendant, who was seated and drinking at the E main office located in Seoul D, and committed an indecent act against the victim, such as: (a) holding the victim’s losses on the victim’s bucks; (b) holding the victim’s hand on the victim’s bucks; (c) holding the victim’s hand on the part of the bucks; and (d) taking the victim’s hand on the part of the bucks; and (e) taking the victim’s hand on the part of the victim, she committed an indecent act against the
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim who is under the supervision of the defendant.
2. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant: around 22:25, the victim living in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F ***** in the vicinity of the entrance of an officetel, put the shoulder of the victim in good hand; the victim refused it; the defendant escaped by the events away from the part of the damaged officetel; then the victim then sprinked the shoulder of the victim by hand; then entered the victim as well as the expenses with the victim; even though the victim refused to get on the elevator, the victim put the arms of the victim on his hand while the victim refused to get on the elevator; again, the victim spacks the victim's arm; then, the victim sponss the defendant from the elevator; then, the victim spacks the defendant from the elevator to the off, put the shoulder of the victim; forced the victim to take over the number of floors of the victim; and forced the victim to do indecent act by force the victim to the front of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim who is under the supervision of the defendant.
