1. The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with C to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest thereon from January 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On October 11, 2010, the Defendant and C did not enter into a separate maturity agreement with the Plaintiff on the loan of KRW 40,000,000 from the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 as well as damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.
