The defendant, C, D, and E are all foreigners of a steel frame nationality.

1. Around April 2016, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, conspired to steal clothes at “F stores” located in Seoul and Seoul metropolitan area by using a special string bank with Alinium gambling room so as not to be reduced in the theft prevention center.

Accordingly, at the J point of April 4, 2016, when the Defendant, along with C and D, 17:00, includes the intent to steal the victim I (n, 30 years of age) located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H, and when the Defendant saw a special c as mentioned above, D saw a temporary string, and put them into the above bank, and then put them out, the Defendant 1,686,50 won at the market price of the victim's possession, such as theft of the source 22 points, etc. equivalent to KRW 1,68,50, which is the victim's possession, from that time, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

5. Until December 24, 200, the total market value of 9,028,700 won was stolen on five occasions.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property together with the above C, D, and E.

2. An attempted special thief;

A. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, attempted to steal the clothing owned by the victim in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the location of M on May 15, 2016 at around 19:00, in the same manner as Paragraph 1. of the above, but the Defendant failed to commit an attempted crime, even if an employee in the name and infinite working at the inside the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the ship, thought the Defendant on his/her hand and tried to steals the clothes owned by the victim in the manner as described in Paragraph 1. of the above.
