No one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources or products thereof captured, in violation of an order under the Fishery Resources Management Act or Fisheries Act.

On August 7, 2013, the Defendant kept approximately 18 km 2 boxes of less than body length 5.5 cm from Defendant’s operation B (average pleets 5.5 cm) which is prohibited from capture.
