A and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million and by a fine of KRW 2 million, respectively.

The Defendants respectively.

Defendants are persons registered respectively as persons who are in the middle and high-ranking sales workers in the Incheon Metropolitan City Automobile Trade Association "D."

Where a motor vehicle dealer advertises a motor vehicle via the Internet, he/she shall publish matters prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, such as the history of the motor vehicle and seller information, and shall not provide the history and seller information of the motor vehicle in a false manner

Nevertheless, around January 2018, the Defendants paid KRW 300,000 to E as advertising expenses, and E conspiredd to publish false advertisements as if they own automobiles and vehicles not owned by the Defendants, and provided false automobile history and seller information as follows.

1. On February 1, 2018, an advertisement stating the false seller’s information, “D” and “D” to sell used vehicles not owned by Defendant A at the site on the said site, i.e., a seller’s false seller’s information, “DHHH 30 premium, vehicle price of KRW 20,90,000,000,000,0000,0000,000,000,000 sales, A, affiliated commercial D, the Incheon Metropolitan City Automobile Sales Business Association, the Association of Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Dr employees increase number H, and contact number I.

2. On the same day, an advertisement was placed with the false seller information, i.e., the store GX, vehicle price of KRW 5,100,000,000,000,000 affiliated companies, B, commercial D, the affiliated association Incheon Metropolitan City Automobile Trading Business Association, commercial address G, D, D, and contact number K’s contact number.

3. On the same day, the foregoing “D” and the purport of selling used vehicles not owned by Defendant C at the above site is as follows: 3 truck 1 ton of the vehicle, 3.5 million won of the vehicle price, 3.5 million won of the vehicle price, C, 1 to its employees, and 3.5 million won.
