1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 per annum for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from June 4, 2013 to February 27, 2015.
Reasons
1. On April 4, 2012, the Plaintiff borrowed 200 million won to the Defendant on April 3, 2014 at the rate of 6% per annum.
The defendant delays the payment of interest from June 2013.
Therefore, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the above loan, interest thereon, and delay damages to the Defendant. 2. Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, which are deemed to be a confession.
