2. The plaintiffs' defendant.

A. On July 16, 2012, Defendant Dae-gu Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Construction”) contracted for construction cost of KRW 1.65 million (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) with construction cost of KRW 1.65 million (hereinafter “the instant building construction”) and with construction cost of KRW 83,2480,00,00 for the same ground oil station construction project (hereinafter “the instant site gas station construction”). On August 20, 2012, the construction cost of the said gas station was changed to KRW 457,70,000,000.

B. As between April 30, 2012 and December 15, 2012, Defendant Construction Co., Ltd. (ENG) and the Plaintiffs were awarded a subcontract for part of the instant construction, or supplied services or goods from the Plaintiffs, as follows:

On July 20, 2012, Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Job Offering Construction”) among the instant building construction works on April 30, 2012, the contractor’s contract date construction or supply details, and on July 20, 2012, 170,50,500 Plaintiff Job Offering and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Job Offering and Construction”) on July 20, 2012, 205, 25,310,000 building and reinforced concrete construction among the instant building oil station construction works, and on August 1, 2012, 10,100,100,000,000 Plaintiff C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff C&C”) among the instant building construction works, Plaintiff 124,300,000,000 among the instant building and other public building works (hereinafter “Plaintiff C&C construction”) and Plaintiff C&D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff C&D”) and Plaintiff 109.
