A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 417] The Defendant is a person who is not entitled to handle psychotropic drugs, such as Mesophopopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
1. On May 21, 2013, the Defendant paid 200,000 won in cash to “F” in E near the D Terminal located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-nam, and purchased approximately 0.25 g of philophones.
Then, the Defendant, at the above D Terminal male toilets on the same day, 0.08g of philophonephones in a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-dilution, and administered them by the method of injection in the lusium.
2. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant paid 100,000 won in cash to “F” in the vicinity of the D Terminal located in Jinnam-si, Jinnam-si, and purchased approximately 0.16g of philopon.
Then, around 20:00 on June 1, 2013, the Defendant, at the above D Terminal male toilets, injected approximately 0.05g of philophones in a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-dive water, and administered them in a way of injection into the Lossis.
3. Around June 4, 2013, the Defendant paid 250,000 won in cash to “F” in G in the vicinity of G in Gyeongcheon-gu, G in Gyeongcheon-gu and purchased approximately 0.3g of philophones.
Then, around 14:00 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 14:00, at H in Gyeongcheon-si, Sacheon-si, containing approximately 0.05 grams of philophones in a single-use injection instrument; (b) dilution with bio-compons; and (c) administered them in a way of injection into the sponitis.
4. On June 4, 2013, around 19:22, the Defendant kept and possessed 0.08 gramphones in one-time injection equipment.
The defendant of "2013 Highest 641" is a person who is not entitled to handle psychotropic drugs, such as psychotropic drugs, Mesophopopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon").
1. On November 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 gramphones from “F” near D Terminal in Jinju-si, Jinju-si, Jinnam-si.
Then, the defendant is near the above D Terminal at the time and near the same day.
