공갈등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
The evidence Nos. 1 through 7 from the defendant shall be confiscated.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant colored those suspected of having a spact in the mountain park parking lot in the mountain-gu, Ansan-gu, Goyang-si, Busan-si, and tried to threaten or interfere with money and other valuables for those who have committed the spact with a view to photographing the spacts where they are spacting with a view to camping.
1. On January 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D, the Defendant: (a) had a victim D (man, 48 years of age) and a male on his name, who had his own vehicle and arrived at the said mountain park parking lot; (b) had the said male on board the vehicle on which the victim was driven and went out of the said parking lot; and (c) had suspicion that the victim and the said male on his/her own are driving.
Therefore, the Defendant did not drive a vehicle driven by the victim, showing that the victim entered the mutual influence in Incheon Metropolitan City, and taken a place where the victim gets on board the vehicle owned by the victim within the above apartment zone and the mountain park parking lot in the middle park, and had the victim take a place in the camping room, and had the victim take a view of threatening the victim by threatening the victim with the USB, etc. containing the above photographing page, etc. and allowing him to take money and valuables.
Around 15:20 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent to the victim a photographic photo of a man and wife’s influorial relationship with the male-gu to his family; and (b) intended to receive cash of KRW 10 million from a fluorous victim, who was working at the scene, and was arrested by the police officer who was working at the scene, on the spot, in front of the so-called Yandong-gu, Mangdong-gu. In short, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime, even though he was arrested by the police officer who was on a fluoral duty.
2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E is within the vehicle on which the victim E (the South, 44 years old) and the female under the name of the victim are parked in the parking lot of the Jungsan Park and the parking lot of the "Yan-Pak Park" park in front of the station of the strike.
