1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 28,500,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 250,000 for each month from July 31, 2013 to February 27, 2015.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The Plaintiff seeks to pay 28,500,000 won with interest rate of 20% per annum from February 1, 2014 to February 27, 2015, the delivery date of the instant complaint. However, the remainder is dismissed only for the portion seeking the payment of money calculated at the rate of 20% per annum of 28,50,000 won per annum from February 28, 2015 to the day of complete payment, from February 28, 2015, the delivery date of the copy of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment.
