Reasons

The gist of the defendant's appeal is that the punishment imposed by the court below (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, but the defendant's above assertion is not reasonable in light of various circumstances, including the fact that the amount of damage caused by fraud in this case is a large amount and the amount of damage was not recovered properly.
