[criminal history] On May 29, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment for rape, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 16, 2017 by the female prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was trying to take property from a franchising parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon on May 17, 2017; (b) discovered the victim C (the victim 22 years old); (c) followed the victim, she was able to take away the victim from his/her seat; and (d) said, she was able to take off the victim’s 7 mobile phone amounting to KRW 1,00,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession; (b) however, the victim tried to take off the victim’s face from his/her mobile phone; (c) she was franchising the victim for approximately two weeks treatment.

On May 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had one cell phone of 900,000 won in the market price owned by the victim; (b) had a 6S cell phone near the studio in Incheon Bupyeong-gu, and had the victim D (24 years old); (c) discovered the victim D; (d) followed the victim; and (d) opened the victim’s head on the roadside; and (d) opened the victim’s face on the roadside by drinking; and (e) had the victim’s face at a time when the victim’s face cannot be resisted; and (e) caused the victim’s injury, such as the brain spathy, spathy, and spathy, which require two-day medical treatment.
