1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from January 1, 2013 to July 1, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
On July 23, 2011, the Plaintiff agreed to receive remuneration for the duties of the Secretary General from July 25, 201 to the end of December 2012, 2012, and the Defendant corporation paid KRW 4,000,000 as remuneration to the Plaintiff on August 8, 201 and September 201, but thereafter paid KRW 2,00,000 as remuneration to the Plaintiff.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant corporation is liable to pay KRW 30,000,000 to the Plaintiff for the unpaid remuneration for the 15-month period, on the ground that the Plaintiff received KRW 2,00,000,000 each month from September 25, 201 to December 24, 2012.
In regard to this, the Defendant corporation decided to make an additional payment on the condition that the Defendant would have a balance in the income of the Defendant corporation, not paid monthly to the Defendant. The Defendant asserted to the effect that the Plaintiff could not respond to the Plaintiff’s claim on the ground that the Plaintiff could not receive the Plaintiff’s claim because the Plaintiff’s income occurred during the actual period of work, and the Plaintiff did not hold the funds for the Plaintiff.
In addition to the statement of evidence Eul evidence employed earlier, the plaintiff is paid 4,00,000 won per month between the defendant corporation and the defendant corporation in installments for one year from July 25, 2011 to July 24, 2012; however, the plaintiff is paid 2,00,000 won per month; the remaining 2,00,000 won shall be paid every month at the 25th day of the month; and the amount shall be paid at the same rate per month or quarter; and the amount, etc. shall be paid at the same rate once and after one year; and again, the plaintiff is paid 4,00,000 won each month between the defendant corporation and the defendant around August 16, 2012 to July 31, 200; and the plaintiff is paid 10,000,000 won last day of each month; and
