[criminal records] On October 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on July 29, 2016 and the parole period passed on August 23, 2016 during the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 2016, the Defendant posted a commercial sex acts advertisement in the name of “D” on the Internet’s publicity site for commercial sex acts, and intended to engage in commercial sex acts against male customers who reported and contacted with the advertisement. On November 19, 2016, the Defendant made a promise to receive approximately KRW 700,000 from male customers who contacted with the advertisement at around 02:13 on November 19, 2016 to receive approximately KRW 700,000 as the price for commercial sex acts, and made a promise to engage in commercial sex acts on February 13, 2017.

2. No person who violates the telecommunications business shall open a mobile communications terminal device in the name of another person on the condition that funds are provided or lent, and use the telecommunications service provided to such mobile communications terminal device for the collection of the relevant funds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased a mobile phone in the name of another person (hereinafter referred to as 's mobile phone') in order to avoid tracking the investigation agency, etc. while arranging sexual traffic for business purposes as seen above, and used it during the crime.

On August 8, 2016, the Defendant purchased a mobile phone (H) established in the name of G from a person in an influence in the name of Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul) and purchased three mobile phones over three times in total from around that time to around November 2016, and used them until February 13, 2017, respectively, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant is named in another person.
