Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Around 13:40 on August 2, 2010, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, engaged in an act of disturbing drinking, such as very roughly and sculping and damaging the surroundings by doing rough verbal acts and actions.
