Defendant

A, from January 1, 2013, while serving as the branch office of the F branch office of the Korea Rural Community Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “F branch office”) from around January 1, 2013, is a person in charge of overall affairs including ordering construction contracts, concluding contracts, buying goods, etc., and Defendant B, from January 1, 2014, is a person in charge of the affairs such as ordering construction contracts, etc. while serving as the head of the G branch office of the F branch office from January 1, 2014.

1. Around January 2014, Defendant B offered that, from the F branch office located in J, H set up a “K Project” construction project that is scheduled to place an order from the F branch office to H, the K-A-A-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U.

Accordingly, on February 13, 2014, the defendant selected LO as the department in charge of concluding a contract with the first patrolman and the above A, and ordered the said construction work to the LO as the contracting company. On February 13, 2014, after obtaining approval from the above A, the defendant ordered the construction work to the LO in a private contract in KRW 1,623,00,000,000.

In addition, around February 25, 2014, the above order was given by the Defendant, at the top of the Home Puger, located in 304 in the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the mountain of the Republic of Korea.

Around January 2014, Defendant A offered 10% of the construction cost of the project for the installation of the said K Project from H to the president of the F branch office of the F branch office of Korea, with the intention of offering the said K Project as a reward for the first 10% of the construction cost in the face of the year that I would be allowed to receive a contract by a private contract, and received the said proposal from the first policeman on February 2014.

Accordingly, on February 2014, the Defendant selected I as a private company as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, and ordered I to enter into a private contract with the KCAB in February 27, 2014.
