1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 69,628,952 as well as 20% per annum from April 15, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

From April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2020, the fact that the Plaintiff served in the Defendant Company, the Plaintiff’s wages of 12,325,850 won at the time of retirement, and retirement allowances of 57,303,102 won are not paid by the parties does not conflict between the parties. Thus, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff delayed damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from April 15, 2020 to the date of full payment of the wages and retirement allowances.
