1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 30,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 1, 2006 to July 12, 2016; and (b) July 13, 2016 for the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be rendered by public notice.
