A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On May 29, 2013, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against D with the Seoul Northern District Court located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, demanding D to pay KRW 80 million for the disposal price of the restaurant.
