1. The Defendant’s KRW 37,372,951 as well as 6% per annum from August 1, 2017 to September 5, 2020 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'.
2. A judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 257 of the Defendant only submitted a written objection, and the Defendant did not submit a written reply stating specific grounds for objection to the recommendation of the court’s amendment, and thus, it shall be decided without pleading).
