1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 150,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 27, 2019 to May 9, 2019; and (b) May 10, 2019.

2. Judgment without any ground (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit is revised from 15% per annum to 12% per annum, and it enters into force on June 1, 2019, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint to May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the day of complete payment shall be recognized, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
