2. On May 25, 2016, after the lower judgment was sentenced, the Defendant deposited KRW 5,000,000 as a person to whom the victim I was deposited, and changed the circumstances favorable to the Defendant.

In light of the facts alleged on the ground of appeal, such as the circumstance in which the Defendant deposited KRW 5,00,000,000, the lower court’s punishment is heavy, even if it is deemed that the lower court’s punishment is excessive.

3. Conclusion, Defendant’s appeal cannot be accepted.
