2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On August 10, 2011, the Seoul Northern District Court Decision 2011Da22389 decided that “A” from the above court to “A shall pay the Plaintiff (Korean asset loan management company) 30,197,162 won with 21% interest per annum from May 4, 201 to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on August 27, 2011.

B. On October 4, 2011, based on the foregoing final judgment, the Seoul Eastern District Court 201TTA issued a seizure and collection order regarding the payment and retirement allowance claims against the Defendant of A as Seoul Eastern District Court 201TTB 21435. On October 7, 201, the original copy of the seizure and collection order was served on the Defendant on October 7, 201.

The claims seized by the seizure and collection order as mentioned above shall be as follows:

The amount to be paid monthly by the debtor by the above-mentioned one-half of the remainder after deducting taxes and public charges from the allowances, allowances, and bonuses from the garnishee (Provided, That in cases falling under the amount prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the Civil Execution Act in consideration of the minimum cost of living under the National Basic Living Security Act, the remaining amount shall be excluded, and in cases falling under the amount prescribed by the Enforcement Decree of the Civil Execution Act in consideration of the minimum cost of living from the standard household in consideration of the minimum cost of living under the National Basic Living Security Act): Provided, That in cases of the interim settlement of retirement or retirement allowances between the above-mentioned claim amount and the interim settlement of the retirement allowances, until the above-mentioned claim amount is reached with respect to one-half of the balance after deducting taxes and public charges from the retirement allowances and the interim settlement of accounts.
